Former Lagos Gov. Bola Tinubu says he will send the presidential flag-bearer of the Labour Party – Peter Obi – back to his home state of Anambra in 2023.
Tinubu, who’s the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, stated this Tuesday while speaking at the APC presidential campaign flag-off held in Jos – the Plateau State capital – at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium.
“Peter Obi, Haaa! This Obidient. He lives in Lagos, not in Anambra. He doesn’t know the road. We will return him to Anambra. We will chart him a new course,” Tinubu said.
Tinubu assured Nigerians that hope was back, adding that Nigeria will beat the current difficult times it’s passing through.
“Hope is back, Nigeria will be well. Nigeria will not sink. We hereby reaffirm our commitment to progressive good governance,” he said.
