The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, FCT, Friday affirmed Uche Ogah, the former junior minister of mines steel development, as the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in Abia state.
Delivering judgment on a suit filed by Ogah challenging the substitution of his name with that of Ikechi Emenike, Justice Binta Nyako ruled that Ogah is the de facto APC governorship candidate of Abia State.
