We have received news of your declaration by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the duly elected Governor of Abia State.
Abia State is in dire need of a Governor who would do away with primordial sentiments and make every Abian enjoy diverse dividends of democracy without let or hindrance. We urge you to run a government that would eradicate clannish sentiments, a civil service that is based on merit and competence, decisions that would set our dear State on the path of progress and even development.
While the task ahead is going to be Herculean, we pray God to grant you sufficient grace to drive Abia safely. We urge you never to let Abians down as they have had to grapple with the challenges of leadership in as many years. We will join Abians in holding you accountable while your tenure lasts.
