Actress Shan George has taken to Instagram to deny the allegation that she and popular, controversial clergyman – Apostle Johnson Suleman – had an intimate affair.
She said she’s innocent of every allegation levelled against her.
This comes after blogger Gistlover included her name amongst those of some other Nigerian actresses who had reportedly slept with Suleman for money.
A series of allegations were levelled against Apostle Johnson Suleman after videos and messages of actress Halima Abubakar surfaced on social media platforms.
Shan George, Lilian Bach, Iyabo Ojo, Ruth Kadiri, Mercy Johnson, Chinyere Winifred, Larriet, Omo Brish, Vivian Metchie, Georgina Onuoha, Ini Edo, Joy Ogbunu, Angel Okorie, Mary Uranta, Queen Nwokwoye, and many others have slept with Suleman, Gistlover reported.
Although she denied sleeping with Suleman, Shan described him as kind and honest.
“One of the kindest and straightforward persons I know is Apostle Johnson Suleiman,” Shan wrote. “Just like in his numerous sermons, he says it blunt as it is, and that’s something I respect in people. Not everything is about intimacy.”
She added: “As for Gistlover, he’s one person I’ve never met but have a lot of respect for as well. Because he speaks for d downtrodden and don’t care if bullet hits him. Me I no fit deny my people wey I respect. But I never at any time dated the Apostle. I be water, I no get enemy. #positivevibesonly#onelove.”
