This weekend, at Alaoji (Aba) section of the Enugu-Aba-Port-Harcourt Expressway, a 40-feet container-laden articulated vehicle fell on an 18-seater Toyota Hiace bus heading to Port Harcourt – the Rivers State capital, killing one and critically injuring 17 others.
The accident, which occurred Friday at the Flyover Bus Stop in Alaoji Spare Parts Market, was precipitated by dilapidated road conditions, according to eyewitness.
