Former Anambra governor and the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) – Peter Obi – has finally released his long-awaited campaign manifesto.

The Daily Post newspaper learnt this on Saturday from the Labour Party Secretariat in Abuja.

In the 62-page document entitled, “Our Pact with Nigerians: Creating a New Nigeria,“  Obi unveiled his proposed plans to lead Nigeria if elected as president.

According to the news outlet, on page 18 of the manifesto, Obi listed his economic plan hinged on a production-centred economy that is driven by an agrarian revolution and export-oriented industrialization – a shift from a consumption economy to a production one.
